Global Cuisine came from a vision I had at fifteen years old during my first European Study Tour in London and Paris. The foundation of my culinary journey grew stronger as I began teaching classes and conducting Western cuisine in exchange for the opportunity to learn about foods from around the world.
As a personal chef, consultant, designer, and motivational speaker, I have created a platform that allows me to grow and maintain pristine client relationships through the appreciation for various global cuisines.
Since launching the company, I have had the pleasure to discuss and share opportunities and hospitality experiences with future culinarians, which is the most rewarding and satisfying part of my journey thus far.
